About Cadet Programs

Through Civil Air Patrol's Cadet Program, young people develop leadership skills, investigate the fundamentals of aerospace science, acquire the habit of exercising regularly, solidify their character, and participate in exciting hands-on activities that prepare them to become responsible citizens.

Youth between the ages of 12-18 may join the CAP Cadet Program and remain in cadet status until they turn 21.


Vacant Positions in Cadet Programs:

Cadet program office in Puerto Rico Wing is looking for senior officers with interested working in our office to improve the development of our cadets. I hope your great cooperation.

  Available Position:

  1.  Cadet Programs Development Officer
   2. Cadet Programs Officer
   3. Cadet Advisory Council   Senior Advisor

  Requirements:

1. Have passed level 1 (CPPT, ORM, Basic Safety Course).
2. Have car and phone and be available to travel the island.
3. Be available to attend events, meetings, seminars, ect..
4. Have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
