The Southeast Region, Dr. CesareoRosa-Nieves Cadet Squadron, Puerto Rico, were awarded first place for their outstanding performance with four category wins and two second place wins. Last year, half of the Southeast Region teamcompeted and placed fourth overall. With the language barrier the greatest of their hurdles, they seemed to overcome it with a first place win this year. |
